A busy week but also a worrying week, thankfully no worries about the horses who are all thriving.
The week started with the final organisation of the photographer who was due to come over yesterday... more on that later.
The start of the week also saw our beanie hats being finished and collected. Grab yourself one for £14.99 (Inc P&P) and a thank you to my wife for modelling one for me!

We had an update from Carla who alongside Graham and both of their parents have been stuck out in Dubai. We were hopeful that they would be able to get back in the week but that was looking increasingly unlikely as time went on. Heres hoping they manage to travel and get home safe as soon as possible. It must be an awful ordeal for them but the team at the yard have really stepped up and deserve a lot of praise, I'm sure they like us can't wait for Carla and Graham to return.
This also put the plans of the photographer coming over in doubt and I made the decision to postpone it as I did not was to add to the workload of the team at the yard. This will be rearranged when the photographer is available again. With that in mind I also decided to postpone my trip to the yard for the same reason. Upon the return of Carla and Graham I will go over and resume my questionable picture taking!

We received some comments from our Bloodstock Agent Jerry McGrath about all 3 horses and what drew us in to make them part of our team. the full comments are on the horses pages but see a snippet on each below.
"Emma": "she's a lovely filly, massive, big walk with this filly, great walk, very athletic".
"Pam": "She's the kind of a filly that would have been an easy decision for someone to buy her to pinhook her as a three-year-old at the store sales or else to race".
"Paul": "but this lad was definitely a colt that we were keen to get our hands on and he, in my opinion, seemed extremely good value".
All 3 horses are doing well, "Paul" is enjoying life out in the field being a horse and is still filling out nicely. "Pam" likewise is enjoying being out and is settling in really well, Thankfully there hasn't been a repeat of her jumping walls yet. "Emma" is flourishing, I love the way she glides over the ground when she has a run, Jerry is right she is very athletic and light on her feet too.
Towards the end of the week we received the final delivery we were waiting for and the Premium share welcome packs were prepared and sent. We have shares available in both premium horses get in touch to secure yours today!
Mothers day is just a week away too! If you are stuck on what to get why not consider a share in our club horse "Emma"! £120 gets you over 2 years membership and you can pay in installments if needed!
The Cheltenham festival is also right upon us. I'm not actually going this year as my focus is on our horses and at home the windows and doors have conveniently been scheduled to be replaced from Tuesday so that is going to be fun as well! There are a few notable absences this year none more so than Constitution Hill who is embarking on a flat career we wish him and all connections the best of luck.
Until next time.
