A disaster! A sisters hope! and Updates.

This week kicked off with planning and prep. The Tattersalls Online March Sale was just around the corner, and it included a PTP sale, so we were busy prepping, making long lists, and chatting about possible options. We were eyeing a few of the Point-to-pointers in the sale, but figured they'd go for way more than we could spend—and we were right. Next week, we've got the GoffsGo Late March Online Sale and the ThoroughBid March Online Sale to check out, but the one we're really focusing on is the Goffs Spring Store Sale in May!

At the beginning of the week, we announced the winner of our Cheltenham Festival Giveaway! Big congrats to Kate, who now has a share in "Emma." We hope she loves being part of the Emris Racing family and following "Emma's" journey as she learns and grows! Shares in "Emma" are up for grabs at a one-time payment of £120, which covers your membership until 30/04/2028! Such a great deal! You can even pay in installments! She's doing awesome, and I'm thrilled with her progress (you might have heard me mention that before). She's an early type, and I wouldn't be surprised if she's the first to hit the racecourse!

We also caught up with Bryan Mayoh, the breeder of "Paul" and owner of his dam J'Y Vole. There have been some recent page updates for "Paul", his half-sister, Madeforlovingyou, won her debut race impressively. It was great to congratulate Bryan, who still owns the filly, and to thank him since the updates are great news for his syndicate. We chatted about what's next for the filly; she won't race again this season, but they're hoping to snag some black type in novice hurdles next season! We're definitely rooting for her, Bryan, and everyone involved! J'Y Vole was expected to have her foal this week, so fingers crossed for a happy, healthy baby by the time you read this! His half-brother, Banter At The Bar, owned by JP McManus, is set to race today at Limerick. He's already a winner and I think he has a good shot in that race. "Paul's" sire, Logician, also had his first runner on the track in France, winning by an impressive 8 lengths. A fantastic start to his stallion career. Shares in "Paul" start at £58 per month for 5% in our premium syndicates.

Our other yearling filly, "Pam," is doing great! She loves hanging out in the field with her friends, and all the horses have been soaking up the sunshine we've had this week.

Her sire, Order of St George, is doing awesome, racking up wins in PTPs (there were 2 in the Tatts online sale alone) and on the track, with Wandering Ego scoring a victory at my local track, Huntingdon, on Wednesday.

I'm also excited to hear about Mighty Bandit, who I think has a solid shot at Aintree. He's rated 152 and won his last race (a class 2) by a whopping 17 lengths! Since "Pam" is only the second foal and her half-sister by Walk In The Park is just a year older, plus her granddam Unetiepy is known for producing colts, she won't get a ton of page updates, but we believe she has a ton of potential. Jerry McGrath, the bloodstock agent, couldn't stop talking about her at the sales. Shares in "Pam" are available for just £25 a month until she starts full training!

Carla at the stud and Will from VT Vets gave us a really informative update. It was time for the yearlings to get their flu shots, and they explained everything about what it is, why it's needed, and how often they should get it. Big thanks to Carla and Will!

Wednesday was a bit of a disaster for me. Just an hour after I sent out the members' updates, I managed to twist my ankle while heading out for the school run, ending up face-first in my front yard! I've had a weak ankle for years, thanks to my not-so-great football days. Lately, it's been acting up more, with me twisting it pretty often. Sometimes it's really bad, like eight months ago when I couldn't walk for weeks. Luckily, this time isn't as severe, but it still hurts a lot. I've finally bitten the bullet and talked to a GP, who referred me to orthopedics for an MRI and maybe even surgery.

We've got all our horses' intro videos up on YouTube now. You can check them out HERE or below! Make sure to subscribe because I'm planning to post update videos—not every week, but pretty often. I'm all ears for any feedback or ideas, so feel free to reach out and share your thoughts!

That's all for this week. Until next time!
