Racehorse Syndicates
Thoroughbred horses are nothing short of extraordinary — powerful, elegant, intelligent, and full of heart. Even after their racing careers, these incredible athletes go on to shine in new disciplines like dressage, show jumping, eventing, or simply enjoy a peaceful, well‑earned retirement in the field.

If you’re looking for information about our Club, you’ll find that on the dedicated Club page.
This page is all about our premium share offering — the closest you can get to true racehorse ownership without the hefty cost of a breeding syndicate.

A Syndicate Experience Like No Other
At Emris Racing, we do things differently. Our syndicates give you a rare, behind‑the‑scenes look at the entire development of a racehorse — from early education right through to their racing career. You get the depth and detail of a breeding syndicate combined with the thrill of a traditional racing syndicate, all supported by exceptional communication and full access to The Racing Manager*, the industry’s leading platform for updates, data, and insights.
*Minimum 5% shareholding required for access to The Racing Manager

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Joining a syndicate is the most cost‑effective, enjoyable way to step into the world of racing — and it’s a brilliant way to meet new people who share your passion.
We carefully select high‑quality foals and yearlings and bring them into our unique “school system,” inspired by the proven French method. This gives our horses invaluable early experience before they ever reach the track, setting them up for success. Once they graduate, they move into full training — and you get to follow every step of the journey.
We also occasionally purchase older, race‑ready horses when the right opportunity appears.
Your Share, Your Experience
We offer lease shares starting from just 2%* — with no upfront purchase cost. With the option of paying 12 months in advance or to the end date for a reduction in cost (effectively 1 month free**).
Once your share is confirmed, you’ll join our lively WhatsApp community where you’ll receive:
-
Real‑time updates
-
Pre‑race insights
-
Post‑race analysis
-
A chance to take part in naming your horse
For members with 5% or more, you’ll also receive full access to The Racing Manager, giving you detailed data, family information, and enhanced communication tools. More information is included in your welcome pack.
Alongside this, you’ll receive:
-
Full schooling and race reports
-
Invitations to yard and stud days
-
Opportunities to watch your horse on the gallops
-
Owners’ badges for race days (subject to availability)
Badge availiblity ranges from track to track from 8-20 badges normally available. Members with 5% shares and over are given priority with the remainder subject to a ballot, we will also attempt to acquire discounted tickets or private box but this is not always possible.
Once your share is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation letter and a fantastic welcome pack to get you started.
*Syndicates range from 20–50 members
**Only available in pre-training

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE HORSE RETIRES?
The welfare of our horses is at the heart of everything we do.
When a horse retires, we explore the best possible future for them — whether that’s breeding, showing, eventing, dressage, or simply enjoying a relaxed life as a companion horse. After everything they give us on the track, they deserve a happy, fulfilling retirement, and we’re committed to finding the perfect home for each one.
